Arborist Reports Explained

mandurah-arborist-0905

An Arborist report may be required for tree data collection, development sites, culturally sensitive or heritage sites, and tree risk assessment to name a few. Arborist reports are usually site and timeline specific and must be provided by a Consulting Arborist holding a minimum AQF level 5 qualification.

Your local council may require an Arborist report as part of your development approval, especially if you are located in a tree preservation area. The goal is to balance the requirements of housing and infrastructure with existing ecosystems and tree habitats.
